Rosslyn Vue is a boutique community offering 45 spacious one- and two-bedroom apartments in the heart of Arlington’s Rosslyn neighborhood. Rosslyn Vue offers access to all of the great amenities and the same unbeatable location as our sister community, Rosslyn Heights, at a more budget-friendly price point.

Our apartment homes range from 760 to 946 sq ft and feature large rooms, elevated 9’ ceilings, maple European-style cabinetry, hardwood flooring in the kitchens, plush carpeting in the living areas and bedrooms, and large closets. Yes. Every apartment home at Rosslyn Vue includes a full-size washer and dryer, making laundry day as easy and convenient as possible.

All of our apartment homes are cable- and high-speed internet-ready. Residents are responsible for setting up and managing their own cable and internet connections with available local providers.

Our kitchens feature modern appliances, including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave, along with maple European-style cabinetry and hardwood flooring. You can learn more about our features and amenities and view the layouts of each apartment home.

Rosslyn Vue offers flexible lease terms ranging from 6 to 15 months.  Our apartment homes come unfurnished, and we don't offer furnished options, though we highly recommend Cort Furniture Rentals for any furnishing needs.  Please note that current move-in specials generally require a lease of 12 months or longer. We offer in-person and virtual tours during office hours or by appointment. To ensure the best experience, we recommend calling ahead to confirm availability, though walk-in tours are welcome during business hours based on our team’s availability. Please note that tours cannot be scheduled online less than 4 hours in advance. You can book a tour on our Schedule A Tour page, or browse our photo gallery online.

Rosslyn Vue charges various fees associated with each unique lease. Our leasing team will provide a full, itemized cost sheet for the exact apartment home you’re considering before you sign your lease.

Rosslyn Vue offers free resident permit parking in the surface lot directly out front of the community.  Garage parking is also available in the Rosslyn Heights parking garage next door. Pricing is as follows:

• Unreserved Parking Space (Surface Lot) - Free
• Reserved Parking Space (In the Rosslyn Heights Garage, Next Door) - $120/Month for your first vehicle, $150/month for an additional vehicle

We frequently offer move-in specials for new residents, which may include free rent, waived fees, or other incentives. Specials vary by apartment home, lease term, and move-in date, so availability changes often. Rosslyn Vue and Rosslyn Heights are sister communities, both owned and managed by Dweck Properties and located next door to one another on N Quinn Street. Rosslyn Vue residents enjoy shared access to amenities at Rosslyn Heights, including the sparkling pool and sundeck, expansive fitness center, and picnic areas, in addition to Rosslyn Vue's own 24-hour fitness center. Rosslyn Vue is an intimate boutique building of 45 residences, while Rosslyn Heights is a larger garden-style community with leafy cobblestone courtyards and more expansive amenities.

Rosslyn Vue offers access to all of the great amenities and the same unbeatable location as Rosslyn Heights at a more budget-friendly price point, including free surface lot parking for your first vehicle.

The Dweck Customer Service Pledge guarantees that if we haven’t met your expectations within the first 30 days of your lease start, simply provide a 30-day written notice to either 1) transfer to another residence within our community, 2) transfer to another Dweck community, or 3) break your lease (no questions asked and no additional fees).

Rosslyn Vue has a dedicated on-site maintenance team with 24-hour emergency maintenance support. Residents can submit non-emergency maintenance requests through the online resident portal or mobile app, or can call our dedicated resident phone number for emergency maintenance needs.

Rosslyn Vue residents enjoy a great mix of amenities, including shared access to the sparkling pool and sundeck at the neighboring Rosslyn Heights community. On-site, residents have access to a 24-hour fitness center with cardio machines and free weights, controlled-access entry, an elevator, and smart home locks and thermostats in every apartment.

Your pets are welcome at Rosslyn Vue! Each apartment home allows up to two pets. Cats and dogs each require a $500 one-time fee and $60 monthly pet rent. Breed restrictions may apply, so please review our full Pet Policy.

Rosslyn Vue is highly walkable. Both the Rosslyn and Courthouse Metro stations are just a half mile away (about a 10-minute walk), and you can walk from your front door to countless local Arlington restaurants, cafes, and shops. Absolutely. Rosslyn Vue is one of the most transit-friendly communities in the area. Both the Rosslyn Metro station (Orange, Blue, and Silver lines) and the Courthouse Metro station are a 10-minute walk away. The neighborhood is also served by numerous Metrobus lines, Arlington Transit (ART), and the D.C. Circulator connecting Rosslyn to Georgetown and Dupont Circle. With walkable dining and shopping right outside your door, many residents find a car entirely optional.

The Rosslyn Metro station (served by the Orange, Blue, and Silver lines) and the Courthouse Metro station (Orange and Silver lines) are both about a half mile, or a 10-minute walk, from our community. From Rosslyn, you can reach Georgetown and downtown Washington, D.C. in just a few minutes.

Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport is approximately 4 miles from our community (about a 10-minute drive), or a short trip via the Metro Blue line from the Rosslyn station. For residents who travel frequently, this makes getting to DCA quick and convenient from Rosslyn Vue.

While Rosslyn Vue is served primarily by Metrorail (Orange, Blue, and Silver lines at the nearby Rosslyn station), the Virginia Railway Express (VRE) is accessible via a short Metro connection to the Crystal City or L’Enfant Plaza stations. Between Metrorail, Metrobus, Arlington Transit, and the D.C. Circulator, Rosslyn Vue offers exceptional regional transit connectivity.

We host combined social events and activations for Rosslyn Heights and Rosslyn Vue residents regularly throughout the year. Our Preferred Employer Program supports local public service and community-serving professionals. The program offers a 3% rent concession and a waived application fee for eligible applicants with the following professions:

• Firefighters
• Police
• Any school personnel (teachers, admin, custodial, etc.)
• EMS/EMT (Emergency Medical Services/Technicians)

In order to qualify for the discount:

• The professional must live and work in the same county/city as our community
• Applicants must provide proof of employment via a paystub or otherwise
• If another special discount is offered for the apartment home you'd like to rent, you can choose that special pricing or the 3% discount, but not both

Rosslyn Vue is an active participant in the Military Rental Partnership Program (RPP), which means that we offer a 5% military discount to active-duty individuals who qualify through participating bases and defense organizations.

Given our proximity to the Pentagon, Fort Myer, and Joint Base Myer-Henderson Hall, this is an especially popular benefit for our residents. The program may include waived security deposit, application, and credit check fees, subject to location- and organization-specific participation guidelines. Qualifying military situations (such as active duty, deployment, change of duty station, reservist or National Guard activation, voluntary enlistment, draft, or release from active duty) allow early lease termination consistent with SCRA protections, without lease termination fees or concession payback charges when documentation is provided. Foreign Service members and Diplomats can request additional lease-break accommodations through the leasing team.
